privacy policy governs your use of the software application Bathtime
Toys
(“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Alexandru Simion
(“Developer”).
The
Application is primarily designed for kids and
it’s
a playground that sparks imagination and creative gameplay. Lots of funny toys
can be assembled, coloured and played with. The virtual bath tub can be
decorated with personal style.
Creations
can be shared with your family and friends, but this is a feature designed for
adults and it is protected behind a parental gate, like all the external links,
including Developer’s
website. The full version of the application can be unlocked by In-App payment,
also a feature reserved to adults. This is standard
behavior for games made for kids and published on App Store.
User
Provided Information
The
Application obtains the default
information
you provide when you download or purchase it,
but it doesn’t request nor it accesses any specific personal information. It
doesn’t provide In-App advertising nor any marketing promotions and it doesn’t
request contact information from the user.
Automatically
Collected Information
The Application
may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to,
the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP
address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system and information
about the way you use the Application. All these are
standard procedures and they are part of the App Store default
services.
Automatically
Collected information is retained on App
Store servers for
as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time
thereafter. The information is
not retained nor stored by the Developer of the Application in any
way.
This
Application does not collect precise information about the location of your
mobile device.
We
may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected
Information:
You
can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling
the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be
available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application
marketplace or network.
The Developer
do
not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children
under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child
has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact
us and we
will delete such information from our files within a reasonable
time.
The Application is
complient with COPPA and links to this Privacy Policy as requested by App Store
for all applications designed for kids under 13 years old.
This
Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify
you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy
Policy here and informing you via email or text message. You are
advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued

using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information
as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing” means
collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all
of which activities will take place in the United States. If you reside outside
the United States your information will be transferred, processed and
stored there under United States privacy
standards.
